TRIKATU: Black pepper and long pepper are combined with ginger to form the traditional trikatumixture in ayurveda. This mixture increases appetite, promotes the secretion of digestive juices, and cures certain gastric disorders.
TRIPHALA:Triphala is an Ayurvedic herbal rasayana formula consisting of equal parts of three myrobalans, taken without seed: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula.The word triphala  (Hindi/Sanskrit: त्रिफला ) means “three fruits'.
PANCHAMRUTA:"Pancha” means 5 and “Amrutha” means nectar in Sanskrit.  Panchamrutha Abhishekha is a Hindu ritual performed at all homes and temples, where the idols are bathed with Milk, Curds, Honey, Sugar and Ghee/Clarified Butter with the chanting of mantras.

ASTAVARGA:Astavarga which included eight plants species with their Sanskrit names as Rdhi, Vrdhi, Jeevak, Rishbhak, Kakoli, Kshirkakoli, Meda and Mahameda.

Guduchi - Tenospora cordifoila
Nimba - Neem tree (Root bark)
Vasa - Aadathoda vasica
Patola - Trichosanthes diocea
Kantakari - Solanum indicum
PANCHA PALLAVA:(Five Tender Leaves )
The combination of tender leaves of below mentioned herbs is called as Pancha pallava they are
*Trichosanthes diocea (Patola)
*Melia azardirachta / Azadirachta indica (Nimba)
*Syzygium cumini (Jambu)
*Mongifera indica (Amra)
*(Malathi)
PANCHA VALKALA:(Five Trees With Milky Sap)
The bark of the five milk-yielding trees is called as Pancha valkala
Ficus retusa (Aswatha)
Ficus glomerata (Udumbara)
Ficus hispida (Kakodumbara)
Ficus lacor (Plaksha)
Thespesiap populanea (Parisha)
LAVANA PANCHAKA:(Five types of Salts)
Generally ayurvedic texts mentions about five types of salts however alchemy texts like Rasa Ratna Samuchaya mentions about six types of salts.
Sea salt - Samudra lavana
Rock salt - Saindava lavana
Black salt - Bida lavana
Salt from soil - Sauvarchala lavana (Unrefined sodium carbonate)
Salt from water lake - Romaka lavana
Ammonium chloride - Chullika lavana (described by alchemy texts)
